Branding Support for OEM and Private Label Programs
Tervoniq supports logo and label customization for activewear brands, apparel importers, wholesalers, distributors and retail programs. Branding can be added to sports leggings, pocket leggings, legging shorts, maternity leggings, fleece-lined leggings and selected PU or faux leather styles.
A branding program may include the garment logo, main brand label, care label, size label, hangtag and barcode. Each item should be reviewed together with the selected fabric, garment construction, order quantity and target market before sampling. Logo Application Options
Common options include heat-transfer logos, silicone logos and embroidery where suitable. The correct method depends on the fabric surface, stretch requirement, artwork size, placement and expected appearance.
Heat transfer is commonly used for clean, lightweight branding on performance fabrics. Silicone can provide a raised or more dimensional result, but its thickness and flexibility should be checked on the actual material. Embroidery may suit selected designs and locations, although it can affect stretch and hand feel if applied to highly elastic areas.
Logo placement may include the waistband, hip, leg or pocket area. The position should be measured from agreed garment reference points rather than approved only through a visual mockup. Technical details are confirmed through the printing and logo application process.
Artwork and Placement Confirmation
Buyers should provide clear artwork in a usable vector format together with the required dimensions, color reference and placement. Very fine lines, small lettering or complex multicolor artwork may need adjustment depending on the selected logo process.
Before sampling, we confirm:

- Finished width and height
- Pantone or approved color
- Garment position
- Distance from seams or edges
- Orientation
- Fabric compatibility
- Quantity and color variations
A placement guide or technical drawing is recommended when several styles must use the same branding position. This reduces variation between samples and bulk garments.
Brand, Care and Size Labels
Private-label orders can include main brand labels, care labels and size labels. Buyers should provide the required wording, symbols, language, size range and placement instructions.
Care-label content should reflect the confirmed fabric composition and the buyer’s destination-market requirements. Tervoniq can prepare labels according to the approved artwork, but the buyer should confirm legal wording, fiber information and market-specific labeling requirements before production.
Labels may be positioned at the inner waistband or another agreed location. Label material, dimensions, folding method and attachment should be checked for comfort, appearance and sewing feasibility.
Sample Approval and Bulk Inspection
Logo and label details should be approved on the actual leggings sample before bulk production. A screen rendering cannot fully show logo thickness, color, stretch response or how a label feels when attached to the garment.
During sample development, we compare the finished branding with the approved artwork for size, color, position and appearance. Label content, size identification and attachment are also checked.

- Stitching or attachment

MOQ, Lead Time and Quotation Details
Private-label or customized leggings programs commonly start around 500–1,000 pieces. The practical MOQ can be affected by the leggings style, fabric, number of garment colors, logo method and label quantity.
Modified or private-label samples normally require around 7–12 days. Deeper developments may take approximately 10–15 days. Standard bulk production is usually around 25–35 days after approval, while more complex branding or special materials may extend the schedule.
