Tervoniq supports custom and OEM leggings programs for activewear brands, apparel wholesalers, importers, distributors, retail chains and private-label buyers. Development can begin with one of our existing cut-and-sew styles or with a buyer’s tech pack, drawing, measurement chart, specification sheet or physical reference sample.
Our core product range includes sports leggings, pocket leggings, legging shorts, maternity leggings, fleece-lined leggings and PU or faux leather stretch leggings. Each program is reviewed according to its intended use, target cost, order quantity and destination-market requirements.
Customization is not limited to adding a logo. Fabric composition, GSM, stretch and recovery, garment measurements, waistband construction, pocket dimensions, color, labels and packaging must work together before a sample can become a reliable bulk-production reference. Information Required Before Development
Clear specifications allow us to evaluate feasibility, MOQ, sample cost and lead time more accurately. Buyers should provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Leggings style or product reference
- Tech pack, drawing or physical sample
- Fabric composition and GSM, if known
- Required size range and measurement chart
- Estimated quantity by style and color
- Pantone colors or physical color references
- Waistband, gusset, pocket and seam details
- Logo artwork and intended placement
- Label, hangtag and barcode requirements
- Packaging and destination information
- Target delivery schedule
If the complete specification is not yet available, an existing style or clear reference images can be used for an initial review. Technical details are then confirmed before sampling.
Fabric, Color, Size and Construction Options
Common material directions include nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex, cotton/spandex blends, brushed or fleece-lined fabrics, PU/faux leather stretch constructions, viscose blends and selected wool-blend knitted fabrics. Selection depends on the required stretch, recovery, opacity, hand feel, warmth, surface finish and target price.
Through our fabric and material selection page, buyers can review the main factors that should be confirmed before sampling. Custom-dyed fabrics normally require additional color approval and may carry a higher MOQ than available colors.
Size development can cover waist, hip, front and back rise, inseam, total length, waistband height, pocket position, gusset and agreed measurement tolerances. Maternity, sports and pocket leggings require different construction checks, so one standard size chart should not be assumed to suit every category.
Logo, Labels and Private Label Details
Private-label support can include heat-transfer or silicone logos, embroidery where suitable, main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags and barcodes. The appropriate logo method depends on the selected fabric, artwork size, placement, stretch requirement and expected appearance after wear.
Logo artwork should normally be supplied in a clear vector format with dimensions and Pantone references. Placement is confirmed on the sample before bulk production. More detailed branding considerations are covered under logo and label customization.
Packaging options can include standard polybags, printed bags, retail boxes, size stickers, barcode labels, master cartons and customized shipping marks. Printed packaging may have a separate MOQ and lead time from the garment order.
Sample Development and Approval
Available samples are normally prepared in approximately 3–5 days. Modified or private-label samples generally require around 7–12 days, while deeper developments may take around 10–15 days depending on fabric sourcing, garment construction and branding requirements.
The sample should be checked for fabric, measurements, fit, waistband, seams, pockets, color, logo placement and labels. Revisions are recorded in the specification rather than communicated only through informal comments. The detailed sequence is explained on our sample development page.
Before bulk production, the approved sample, measurement chart, construction details, color, branding and packing requirements become the working references for production and inspection.
MOQ, Bulk Production and Quality Control
Selected existing styles using available fabrics typically start around 300–500 pieces per style and color. Private-label or customized programs commonly start around 500–1,000 pieces. Special materials or custom dyeing may require 1,000 pieces or more. Final MOQ depends on fabric availability, color quantity, construction, logo method and packaging.
Standard bulk production is usually around 25–35 days after sample and order approval. Custom-dyed fabric, complex construction or special packaging may extend the schedule to approximately 35–45 days.
During production, checks focus on fabric shade and visible defects, cutting accuracy, garment measurements, seam formation, waistband joining, gussets, pockets, stretch and recovery, logo position, labels and packing. Opacity or squat-proof performance is checked where applicable to sports and high-stretch styles.
