Private Label Production for B2B Buyers
Tervoniq supports private label leggings programs for activewear brands, apparel importers, wholesalers, distributors, retail chains and online sellers. Buyers can begin with an existing cut-and-sew style or develop a product from a tech pack, drawing, measurement chart, specification sheet or physical reference sample.
The current product range includes sports leggings, pocket leggings, legging shorts, maternity leggings, fleece-lined leggings and PU or faux leather stretch leggings. Each program is reviewed according to the intended market, order quantity, fabric, size range, branding, packaging and target delivery schedule.
Existing Styles or Custom Development
An existing style is suitable for buyers who want a more direct sampling route using available fabrics and proven garment construction. The buyer may adjust color, size range, logo, labels or packaging while retaining the main product structure.
A specification-based program is more suitable when the brand requires its own fit, waistband, inseam, pockets, gusset or seam construction. Before quotation, we need to understand which parts of the product must be changed. A logo-only order and a newly developed leggings style do not follow the same MOQ, sample time or cost structure.
Fabric, Fit and Size Range
Fabric should be confirmed according to product use and target price. Common directions include nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex, cotton/spandex blends, brushed or fleece-lined fabrics and PU/faux leather stretch constructions.
The specification may cover composition, GSM, stretch, recovery, opacity, hand feel and surface finish. Size details include waist, hip, rise, inseam, total length, waistband height, pocket dimensions and agreed tolerances.
A buyer-supplied size chart can be used, or an existing style can be modified. The selected fabric and measurements must be evaluated together because material stretch and recovery can affect fit and finished dimensions.
Logos, Labels and Brand Identity
Private label details may include heat-transfer or silicone logos, embroidery where suitable, main brand labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags and barcodes.
Buyers should provide vector logo artwork, finished dimensions, Pantone references and placement instructions. Care-label content, fiber information and destination-market wording should be approved by the buyer before production. Logo and label samples should be reviewed on the actual garment material. This allows the buyer to check color, scale, position, attachment and overall appearance before bulk production.
Packaging for Retail and Distribution
Packaging can be developed for wholesale assortments, retail presentation or online distribution. Options may include standard polybags, printed bags, retail boxes, size stickers, barcode labels, carton quantities and customized shipping marks.
Printed packaging may have its own minimum quantity and production schedule. Dimensions should be confirmed using the folded garment because fleece-lined or heavier leggings require more packing space than lightweight sports styles. Additional options are explained under custom packaging solutions.
Sample Approval and Bulk Production
Available samples normally take around 3–5 days. Modified or private-label samples are generally around 7–12 days, while deeper custom developments may require approximately 10–15 days.
Before bulk production, the buyer should approve:
- Fabric and color
- Measurements and size range
- Garment construction
- Logo size and position
- Labels and hangtags
- Packaging and carton details
The approved sample and specification become the production and inspection references. Bulk checks cover fabric, measurements, seams, waistband, pockets, logo, labels and packing. Stretch, recovery and opacity are checked where applicable to the selected style.
MOQ, Lead Time and Quotation
Selected existing programs commonly start around 300–500 pieces per style and color. Private-label or customized programs are generally around 500–1,000 pieces. Custom-dyed fabrics or special materials may require 1,000 pieces or more.
Standard production is usually around 25–35 days after approval. Complex construction, custom colors or special packaging may extend the schedule to approximately 35–45 days.
